Can I choose the model?

Yes. Admins can choose fast, balanced, or deep models for different actions, including GPT-5.4 mini, GPT-5.5, Claude Haiku, Claude Sonnet, and Claude Opus as the agent tooling expands.

Will AI create surprise bills?

No. Plans include a monthly action allowance, and higher-volume automation can be capped or added intentionally. SMS, voice, and payment processing remain separate usage costs.
